Situation: During the ramp up to peak grilling season and the kickoff to summer, Kingsford wanted to incentivize potential customers to try out charcoal, without being limited to a particular retailer or physical fulfillment costs.
Solution: Starting May 19, 2014, consumers that purchase any brand charcoal grill at any retailer can submit their receipt to get a free bag of Kingsford Charcoal. SnippCheck is retailer agnostic, so any receipt, whether online or physical can be sent in by text, email or web upload.
To leverage their relationship with Walmart, we created a separate keyword and email to track Walmart consumer activation. Snipp also managed fulfillment of the manufacturer coupon and provided a turnkey solution for Kingsford and their agency.
