Atul Sabharwal

Founder, CEO
Atul is a founder of Snipp and has over 10 years of experience in the digital media/mobile industry. He served as Executive Director of the Acme Group, a $2+ billion company based in India. Atul’s earlier experience includes a board role at eSolar, an Idealabs company funded by Google, GE & Oak Capital, founder of the Finalysis Group (a consulting group and provider of remote services such as call center management and lead generation to corporate clients), and positions with AOL, IBM Business Services (previously PWC Consulting), the Boston Consulting Group and News Corporation. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and attended Wharton.

Rahoul Roy

Founder, Chief Legal Officer
Rahoul joined Snipp as Chief Legal Officer & EVP, Corporate Development in October 2015. He has over 15 years of experience practicing law in both the United States and India, and prior to joining Snipp, was running his own corporate law practice in New York with a clientele of entrepreneurs and multinational corporations. Rahoul advised and assisted clients on various commercial transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments; M & A; the licensing, developing and procuring of technology and content; joint ventures and other strategic alliances; and domestic &  international outsourcing arrangements. Rahoul obtained his BA. LLB., (Hons) from the National Law School of India, and his LL.M., with Distinction, from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Chris Cubba

Chief Revenue Officer

Chris is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the loyalty and promotions industry. He has held senior leadership roles in sales and client services, and has worked extensively with large brands in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Alcohol-Beverage, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Telecom, and Financial Services industries.  Throughout his career, Chris has established strong relationships with clients and has driven significant business growth. His deep understanding of the loyalty and promotions industry, combined with his passion for delivering results has made him a trusted advisor to businesses looking to grow their customer base, build brand loyalty and drive revenue growth.  


Wayne Weng

Wayne is an expert in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementations with direct experience on projects of varying size. A successful 15+ years track record of solid contributions in technical project leadership and people management across a variety of industries. He is proficient in the Agile, SCRUM process with 15 years’ direct experience in software development, architecture and high-level technical design for enterprise systems. He brings technical innovations, which drives business growth much faster and creates a huge competitive advantage.

Christian Hausammann

MD - Europe
Christian joined Snipp in September 2015 with over 20 years of account management, business development and management experience in Direct Marketing, Loyalty Management, Store Credit Cards / Payment and Giftcard Management. He is responsible for the European business and the Enterprise Loyalty business unit. Prior to Snipp, Christian was an executive at Swiss Post Solutions where he successfully implemented various loyalty projects including closed-loop payment functionality and gift card management in Switzerland and in Europe. He co-led the development- and implementation unit SPS Ireland. Christian holds a Master of Arts from the University of Zurich.
Mario Invernizzi

Mario joined Snipp in October 2020. He is a dynamic and sales oriented entrepreneur with 25+ years of expertise in selling and building, coaching, leading sales team, business operations, partner and marketing strategies in Europe. With a solid technical background, he has covered roles like Country manager, Sales Director and VP of BU for international companies. Mario has expertise in the banking, telco and retail sectors, among othersRecognised as a strategic leader, with a proven ability to deliver business results in offering and implementing innovative solutions, Mario is a fan of the "Challenge Sale" methodology. Over the last few years he has built experience on SaaS sales specifically to marketing divisions - promoting solutions on social media, digital marketing, customer loyalty management and customer engagement. CPGs, Retailers, Travel & Hospitality, Sports Teams have become his favorite spots in the EMEA region

Tom Burgess

President - SnippMedia
Tom J. Burgess is a seasoned executive in online and wireless interactive advertising and digital media technology. As a serial entrepreneur and innovator, he has been granted multiple patents for his pioneering work in the wireless, mar-tech and loyalty industries. Mr. Burgess is a frequent speaker at global marketing conferences and has been quoted or featured in Forbes, NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, CNBC and many industry publications. He founded Linkable Networks, a payments loyalty company in 2010 and orchestrated a significant asset sale to the global loyalty company Collinson in September 2017. In 2001 Burgess founded Third Screen Media, a wireless advertising company that was purchased by AOL/TW in 2007. Mr. Burgess is an active Board Member and advisor to early-stage ventures, with a focus on corporate development, Board governance and investor relations.

Richard Pistilli

CEO - Gambit Rewards
Richard is the founder and CEO of Gambit Rewards. He is an experienced fintech entrepreneur and investment banker, with over 20 years of capital markets experience. In 2012, Richard co-founded ACEPortal, a leading financial technology platform for private placements of securities. As Head of Business Development, he helped steer a strategic investment in ACEPortal by the New York Stock Exchange in 2013, and the sale of the company to the Beneficient Company in 2018. Previously, Richard had a successful investment banking career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citi and CIBC. He holds an MBA from Yale University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

Jaisun Garcha

Jaisun is Snipp’s CFO. He has over 10 years of experience in the financial accounting industry and is experienced in managing all aspects of public company financial and management reporting, forecasting and analysis, corporate governance and risk management. He holds an MBA from Laurentian University and a Bachelor of Science degree, with a double major in computer science and general biology, as well as a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia.

Dr. Niamh O Riordan


Niamh is Chief Operating Officer at Snipp. Niamh is a former assistant professor of the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a seasoned Information Systems scholar. She leverages significant expertise in digital strategy, innovation and enterprise agility to drive Snipp's global operations strategy. Niamh holds a PhD in Business Information Systems, an MBS in eBusiness, an MA in Academic Practice, a HDip in Computer Science, and a BA in Music.

Derek Watkins

Derek Watkins

VP Sales – North America
Derek brings 20 years of experience in global sales and Agile Business Process Management methodology. His track record of driving growth and new client acquisition for SaaS companies is unparalleled. He is responsible for Snipp’s next phase of business development, sales and client retention initiatives. He will also provide strategic direction to advance Snipp’s loyalty business by identifying market opportunities and expansion into new industries. In his last role, as Director of Growth and Head of Sales Development, Watkins led a team to double the company’s average contract value and to establish a strong strategic partner network from Ecom platforms, ESP, SI’s, and more. 

Tom Treanor

Tom is an experienced marketing executive in the software as a service (SaaS) industry. He has deep experience in the areas of digital marketing, first party data strategies, customer data platforms (CDPs) and customer experience. Prior to Snipp, he served in leadership roles at SaaS companies in the customer data management, collaboration and project management, data and analytics, public relations and digital marketing categories. He also has experience in management consulting and working in the high technology industry. His educational background includes a Wharton MBA, a Master of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in economics from UCLA.
