Dr. Niamh O Riordan is Chief Operating Officer at Snipp, where she leads global operations, enterprise risk, and automation strategy. She designed and implemented CECA, Snipp’s compliance and incident framework, embedding delivery accountability, escalation governance, and audit readiness across the organisation. She has built systems enabling resilient, scalable operations, including automation routines, risk controls, and knowledge governance. Previously, she was Assistant Professor at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School and a researcher at the Lero Software Research Centre. Her academic work included multi-million-Euro research, curriculum design, and international conference leadership. She holds a PhD in Business Information Systems, an MBS in eBusiness, and an MA in Academic Practice, and is a Certified Scrum Master with training in agile systems and computer science.

With a career built on senior leadership roles in sales and client services, Chris has become a trusted advisor in the loyalty and promotions space—especially within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Alcohol-Beverage, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Telecom, and Financial Services industries. A strategic thinker and results-driven operator, Chris has a proven track record of building lasting client relationships, delivering award-winning campaigns, and leading high-performing teams. His client work has earned multiple Effie and REGGIE Awards, a testament to his ability to blend creativity, data-driven marketing, and strategic insight to generate real business impact. Chris holds a BBA from Eastern Michigan University and completed the prestigious Harvard Business School HBX CORe Program in 2018, deepening his expertise in business analytics, economics, and financial accounting. Whether leading organizational change, spearheading innovative loyalty strategies, or mentoring future leaders, Chris brings passion, integrity, and a relentless focus on results. Kalina Deng is a strategic operator and loyalty marketing leader with over a decade of experience across startups, venture capital, and Fortune 100 companies. As Vice President in the Office of the CEO at Snipp Interactive, she leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives spanning product innovation, business operations, and new ventures. She also heads Snipp’s North American loyalty business and oversees go-to-market and operational strategy for SnippMedia. Previously, Kalina led global digital consumer engagement and loyalty product strategy at Reckitt, supporting flagship brands such as Enfamil, Lysol, and Airborne across five continents. She also orchestrated large-scale digital transformation programs at Tapestry Inc., supporting brands like Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman. Earlier in her career, she managed operations at XRC Ventures, a leading venture capital firm specializing in retail tech and consumer health innovation. Kalina is a 2023 Global Peter Drucker Challenge laureate, serves on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and is a published author with Springer Nature. She has spoken at academic and professional conferences worldwide on topics spanning design thinking, digital loyalty, and business innovation. She holds an MBA with Beta Gamma Sigma honors from NYU Stern School of Business, an M.A. with valedictorian honors from Parsons School of Design, and a B.A. cum laude from Wellesley College, with extensive coursework at MIT. Her certifications include Lean Six Sigma, loyalty marketing, applied behavioral science, and product management.
