Atul’s earlier experience includes a board role at eSolar, an Idealabs company funded by Google, GE & Oak Capital, founder of the Finalysis Group (a consulting group and provider of remote services such as call center management and lead generation to corporate clients), and positions with AOL, IBM Business Services (previously PWC Consulting), the Boston Consulting Group and News Corporation. Rahoul advised and assisted clients on various commercial transactions, including venture capital and private equity investments; M & A; the licensing, developing and procuring of technology and content; joint ventures and other strategic alliances; and domestic & international outsourcing arrangements. She designed and implemented CECA, Snipp’s compliance and incident framework, embedding delivery accountability, escalation governance, and audit readiness across the organisation. She has built systems enabling resilient, scalable operations, including automation routines, risk controls, and knowledge governance. Previously, she was Assistant Professor at UCD Smurfit Graduate Business School and a researcher at the Lero Software Research Centre.
