Driving Retailer Specific Loyalty and Engagement for Dreyer's Ice Cream

Based on the success of the last program Dreyer's wanted to run another program on the Snipp platform to increase units per trip, drive regimen and loyalty in a competitive category, engage with older shoppers in a digital format and provide a reason to return to Publix over other retailers.

Snipp ran a program where consumers could buy any combination of Nestle Ice Cream products to earn a $5 Publix gift card if they spend $20+ in a single or over multiple transactions. Purchase could be made in-store, eComm or through online grocery pick up. Consumers could submit their receipts by texting HAPPY to 811811, via email to submit@rewards.havehappyonhand.com or web upload.
