Driving Purchase Frequency and Market Penetration for Costa Express

In the UK, Costa Express needed a way to drive purchase frequency at Welcome Break stores. They also wanted to increase their market penetration by motivating new consumers to make purchases.

Snipp created  a daily draw sweepstakes that gave away  ‎£1,000 every day. In order to gain entry, consumers simply submit a photo of their receipt proving purchase. Submission is facilitated by SMS, emailing it, or uploading it to a microsite. To text it in via SMS/MMS, consumers text 811-811 using the keyword COSTA; for email, they send it directly to grand@winwithcosta.co.uk; for web upload, the microsite can be accessed.
