Macerich Properties was looking to drive holiday sales for their mall properties by offering a $50 reward for shoppers who spent $500 in same-day purchases. This is a common mall reward program that Macerich was looking to implement via mobile with digital rewards. (Previously, this program was run via the mall concierge desks.)

Snipp provided a platform for Macerich to engage consumers at 22 of their shopping centers, converting from an advertising campaign built around print signage, email marketing and digital/social channels. Snipp receipt technology helped track $500 in same days purchases and send a digital prepaid cards to qualified consumers. In addition, Snipp developed custom reporting to help Macerich track spending at the Mall level.
