Creating Continuity Engagement for Hershey

Hershey wanted a solution to keep consumers engagement over time, and a technology that would allow easy tracking of participation and associated metrics. Finally, any program needed to be retail specific to their Weis channel.

Snipp developed a continuity rebate program that rewards purchases over time with a respective PayPal reward. All consumers have to do is purchase $15 of participating Hershey products over multiple transactions at any Weis store to earn a $3 PayPal rebate reward. Submission is available through SMS and web upload, by texting the keyword HERSHEY to 811-811, or by visiting a custom branded microsite at www.hersheyoffers.com. They are able to track their status by installing a mobile wallet app on their Apple or Android devices, made available through an integration with Urban Airship.
