James Hardie wanted to increase basket size and frequency with contractors at The Home Depot, where they had recently expanded their Hardiebacker ® product line. The client also wanted to collect CRM and basket analysis information.
Using learnings from the first Snipp program, James Hardie sought to drive frequency by allowing end-users to qualify up to four times to get a $25 retailer gift card with the purchase of purchase of 8 HardieBacker ® Cement Boards. Contractors could submit receipts by texting the keyword HARDIEBACKER to 811-811, via email to redeem@HardieBackerRewards.com or via the microsite HardieBackerRewards.com
