The business of Customer Loyalty is growing globally. In the United States, we have seen consistent growth rates even during the pandemic. Now, with the world emerging from the shadow of the virus, growth rates are picking up again. With our global view of this business, we have noticed comparatively higher growth rates in the business outside the US.
The EMEA region is of particular interest as there is a lot of brand activity and many new loyalty programs have been introduced to the market.
