Prior to his role with Snipp Interactive Tom was the founder of four companies spanning 20+ years focused on advertising, data & loyalty and has been granted multiple patents for his pioneering work in these fields. Linkable Networks, a payments-data focused loyalty company that he launched in 2010 was acquired by Collinson Group in September 2017. In 2001 Tom launched the first mobile advertising network Third Screen Media which became the exclusive ad engine for Verizon Wireless and was purchased by AOL in 2007.  He also founded two other successful digital media companies each acquired within 5 years of launch and producing a healthy profit for his team and investors. Tom is an active Board Member and advisor with a focus on sales acceleration, gorilla marketing, culture management, corporate development, Board governance and investor relations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.  

Tom, his wife and two children are avid adventurers. They have sailed more than 50,000 miles on two multi-year ocean voyages, spearfishing in remote atolls of the South Pacific, hiking volcanic caldera's and living 1000's of miles away from modern civilization for months at a time.

With over 30 years in the financial services and EFT industry, Steve has been instrumental in the creation, launch and management of numerous financial products and services in his roles for First Data Merchant Services and MasterCard

International, where he was instrumental in managing the launch and growth of the Cirrus ATM and Maestro POS branded networks. Before MasterCard, Steve managed all operational aspects of the Pulse regional payments network ATM and POS network. From an earlier role at Diebold pioneering the first ATM systems, and throughout his broad career across all aspects of the payments industry, Steve has been at the forefront of setting the standard for molding new technology and ideas into widespread availability to consumers and businesses alike. As a result, Steve is asked to be a frequent industry speaker and to advise multiple payments company boards. Steve’s academic background includes Summa Cum Laude at Northern Arizona with a business degree in both marketing and information systems, an MBA in MIS, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Houston, and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University. Steve is a member of the Connecticut Bar and spends much of his free time with his family and outdoors.

Melissa has been in the consumer engagement space her entire career. From helping merchants develop and manage rebates, digital coupons, loyalty programs and Retail Media Networks, she is always focused on bringing consumers the best possible deal. She currently works for Bank of America, managing strategy and revenue for BankAmeriDeals. 

Melissa is based out of Phoenix, AZ and lives with her husband, daughter and pets. She attended Michigan State University, and graduated with a B.A in Journalism and Political Science.
