L'Oréal brand, Mugler, wanted to give consumers an improved customer experience via an easy way to earn points towards their loyalty account. Mugler also wanted to collect as much data as possible on consumer purchase habits.
Snipp worked with Mugler to integrate the SnippReceipt Validation API into their loyalty program https://en.mugler.ca/ in order to validate purchase and collect shopper data. Consumers purchase qualifying Mugler products and receive points on the Mugler – The Circle Loyalty Program. Snipp integrated a custom callback to base userID and receipt data for a seamless customer experience.
