Meet the Humans of Snipp - Melissa Frank

Melissa Frank - Vendor Operations Specialist, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 

History Buff, Bookworm, and Amateur Cat Whisperer 

From Intern to Essential Ops  

Melissa joined Snipp shortly after graduating college - starting as an intern and quickly earning her way to a full-time role in vendor operations. 

Based in Milwaukee, she’s now a key part of the vendor management team. Her work touches nearly every rewards campaign Snipp runs, from procuring gift cards and phone numbers, to supporting backend systems. 

“I started right out of college - and Snipp became my first real job. I’ve been here ever since.” 

The learning curve was steep, but Melissa took it head-on, earning her place through calm consistency and a love for learning. 

People First, Always  

While she’s proud of the work, it’s the people who keep her coming back. 

“There are just a lot of great people here. Easy to work with, easy to talk to. That makes even the rougher days easier.” 

She especially credits her manager for mentoring her throughout her time at Snipp. 

“Working with Chris has been a highlight. He’s taught me a lot.” 

Beyond the Desk 

When she’s not wrangling rewards or navigating our IPE system, Melissa’s likely curled up with a good history book or outside hiking a new trail. 

“I love reading, especially history. And when I’m not reading, I’m outside walking, hiking, or exploring flea markets.” 

A self-professed travel junkie, Melissa tries to visit a new place every year. Her favorite destination so far? 

“Scotland. It just stuck with me… the culture, the history, everything. It really left a mark.” 

She and her husband, together for over nine years, recently celebrated a major milestone: buying their first home. Once they’re settled in, Melissa hopes to welcome a new furry family member. 

“We’ve fostered cats before and once we’re no longer renting, I think it’s time we officially adopt.” 

Wisdom Incoming  

When asked what advice she’d give her younger self, Melissa doesn’t hesitate: 

“You’re not going to be liked by everybody, and that’s OK.” 

And the best advice she ever received? 

“You only get one life. Don’t waste it wishing for somebody else’s.” 

From her quiet hustle to her love of history and heart for animals, Melissa brings depth and care to everything she does - a steady presence behind the scenes, helping Snipp’s campaigns run smoothly, one reward at a time.
