Nestlé Purina wanted to drive velocity and consumer engagement for Friskies as part of their “Best in the Bowl” campaign.
Snipp created a sweepstakes with an instant win component. The program allowed users to register on a microsite https://www.friskiesgiveaway.com/ (with SMS-based two-factor authentication). Each registration and daily sign in awarded them one sweepstakes entry and one instant win gameplay. Consumers could also upload receipts for purchase of participating products to earn 10 bonus entries per receipt. Additional entries were awarded for engaging on social media and referring friends. Participants also received daily gameplay codes via email to encourage repeat visits. Prizing included one $5,000 cash and a year’s supply of Friskies cat food and treats + weekly prize packs, and daily instant win prizes.
