Situation: Hormel wanted to incentivize consumers to purchase more products in one transaction, without expensive coupon redemptions. They were looking for a solution that would allow them to promote recipe ideas with a minimum overhead spend.
Solution: With SnippCheck, we provided Hormel with a white labeled, retailer agnostic solution that engages consumers cross device. The offer gives consumers a free movie ticket to see “How to Train Your Dragon 2” when they purchase 3 qualifying products. To participate, consumers need to send in their receipt via text message to SnippCheck. Once validated, Snipp partner Fandango will fulfill the movie ticket reward. The program launched May 1 and will run through June 30, 2014 and runs nationally across all retailers. Promotion assets include in store pallets, digital banners, and recipe ideas featuring Hormel Pepperoni.
