Starbucks wanted to repeat the success of their 2024 and 2025 promotion, increase awareness and sales of their coffee, coffee enhancers, and hot chocolate products while incentivizing consumers to purchase multiple items in a single transaction.
Leveraging Snipp's receipt validation technology Starbucks launched a gift with purchase program where consumers who purchased $50 of qualifying Starbucks® coffee, coffee enhancers, and hot chocolate products machines in a single transaction could go to the program microsite English: http://starbucksathome.ca/Spend50Get15 French: http://starbucksathome.ca/Depensez50Obtenez15 (integrated via a widget iFramed into the client site), register and upload their receipt to get a $15 digital Starbucks card to use at a Starbucks café. Snipp managed all backed aspects of the program including microsite development, receipt validation technology, reward fulfillment, legal, customer service, and reporting.
