To celebrate their partnership with Team Canada for the Winter Olympics, Cadillac Fairview wanted to reward guests for purchasing from retailers in their mall propertiesPreviously programs like this were run entirely manually through Guest Services, which increased costs and the effort for both guests and Guest Services.

Snipp created a tiered reward with purchase program to allow guests who shopped at any one of thousands of retailers across all 18 malls nationwide to simply upload a photo of their receipt to earn a reward. Guests who purchased $300 from any retailer in the mall received a $25 CF gift card. Purchasing $500 earned the guest a $50 CF gift card. Guests could purchase in a single transaction or across multiple transactions, but purchases needed to be same day.
