Driving Awareness and Seasonal Sales for Crock-Pot

Newell’s Crock-Pot® brand wanted expand their Crocktober sales promotion to drive awareness and sales for their new Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker at select retailers and military bases.

Newell Brands partnered with Snipp to offer a $5 cash-back reward on the purchase of the Crock-Pot® Express Crock Multi-Cooker. Consumers texted “Crocktober” to 811-811 to get a link  https://www.crocktoberreward.com to upload their receipt to a mobile microsite. Snipp processing allows Newell to build out retailer partnerships by rewarding only those purchases at participating retailers.

In addition, participants who texted, received a 75-minute recipe showing how to make pulled pork using the new, featured Crock-Pot.
