Snipp established a digitized rebate program on our rebate center that rewards Sparkling Ice consumers at Walmart with a $5 Walmart e-gift card. Consumers who purchase qualifying products at Target can simply register and submit their receipt by texting SAVINGS to 811-811; by email to sparkle@siptosavings.com; or online at https://siptosavings.com/Walmart
