Kimberly-Clark wanted to create a program that resulted in positive sales and redemption numbers for their Walgreens retail channel, for their U by Kotex brand.
Snipp worked with Kimberly-Clark to create a rewards program that resonated with the target demographic. Consumers can earn Lyft credits by purchasing U by Kotex products at Walgreens, just by submitting their receipt via text. Email support is also provided as a redundancy.
To text in their receipt, consumers text the keyword UBKLYFT to the shortcode 811-811. To email it in, they use the address submit@UbkWalgreensRewards.com.
