Driving CRM Acquisition & Sales for Clorox Fresh Step Loyalty Program

Clorox wanted to grow the Fresh Step Rewards program, “Paw Points” by rewarding purchase at any retailer and wanted to collect purchase data and append to CRM.

Snipp’s receipt processing technology solution was integrated into the Fresh Step Loyalty Program where consumers can get “Paw Points” by submitting a picture of their receipt from any retailer. Snipp provides the data from the receipts to Clorox in an automated and secure fashion for integration into the CRM.
