B2B Loyalty Rebate Program for IKO
IKO wanted to innovate their B2B ROOFPRO loyalty program in the U.S. and Canada including increasing speed and accuracy in invoice processing and reporting, to increase contractor and distributor satisfaction.
Snipp implemented a multi country and language B2B Channel loyalty program where contractors submit photos of invoices or roofing purchases, and distributors submit bulk invoice uploads of roofing purchases to earn points that can then be redeemed via ACH or physical check in the mail. Snipp provided a user configurable system to support multi-rebate program processing specific to regions (i.e. Country, State/Province, City)
