Michelle Hoffman - VP of Customer Experience, USA

The Art of Unwinding

For Michelle Hoffman, relaxing after work does not involve binge watching or long walks. It usually means cleaning a room or organizing a drawer. “I always feel better after,” she says, quickly adding that her house is not nearly as tidy as this might suggest.

Designing Better Experiences

Michelle is Vice President of Experience Management at Snipp, where she leads Customer Experience across the business. She works closely with product, pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure Snipp’s platforms are powerful, intuitive, and easy to use. If something can be clearer or smoother, Michelle is already thinking about how to improve it.

“I really enjoy improving processes, systems, or tools that make day-to-day work easier,” she says. “For the people using them and for the people building them.”

From Creative to Practical

Her career started in web design and art direction before moving into project management and UX. That blend helps her connect creative thinking with technical and delivery realities, and it explains why she has a soft spot for good structure and organization.

Small Quirks, Big Joy

Michelle has a few habits that surprise her colleagues. She loves bagging her own groceries and jokes that her dream retirement job is being a grocery bagger at Trader Joe’s. She is also a fan of The Container Store, mostly for admiring purposes. “I love things that hold other things,” she says, while proudly calling herself economical.

Why Snipp Works for her

What keeps Michelle inspired at Snipp is collaboration. She enjoys working through challenges with people across teams and finding the best solution together. It is the shared problem solving that makes the work rewarding.

Her Proudest Moments

Professionally, Michelle is grateful for a career filled with opportunities to learn and grow. Personally, her biggest source of pride is her family, her better half, the 'other Hoff', and the two tiny humans who rule their household.

Lessons Along the Way

Michelle admits her biggest challenge is working too much and learning when to step back. She is constantly refining how she manages time and priorities. Her advice to her younger self reflects that journey. “Life is constant change. Keep perspective, stay adaptable, and stay grounded in the people and experiences that matter most.”

Words to Live By

The best advice she has ever received is simple and memorable. “Be a duck,” she says. “Let the small things roll off your back.”

It is that blend of humor, perspective, and practicality that Michelle brings to Snipp every day, along with a deep appreciation for great experiences and very well-organized drawers!
