Whether it’s coordinating stakeholders or navigating challenges, he enjoys finding structure within chaos and driving projects forward with efficiency.
His journey is one of resilience and adaptability. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from India and a Diploma in Project Management from Seneca College, Tushar built his career from the ground up. Before settling into his current role, he explored diverse industries, from retail and casino operations to auto sales and construction, gaining a wide range of experiences that shaped his professional mindset.
Over nearly eight years at Snipp, he has grown from Project Coordinator to Senior Project Manager, a testament to his commitment to learning and continuous improvement.

What excites Tushar most about his role is the opportunity to solve problems. Each project presents a new challenge, and he enjoys researching, analysing, and working through different approaches to find the best solution.
The satisfaction of taking something complex, simplifying it, and delivering a result that works is what keeps him motivated.
Outside of work, Tushar is an automotive and sports enthusiast with a deep curiosity for luxury cars and what makes them unique. He’s also always ready to try a new sport, though cricket remains his first love, followed closely by Formula 1 and tennis.
He actively plays cricket, football, badminton, tennis, and even pool when he gets the chance. His adventurous side extends outdoors too. During warmer months, you’ll likely find him hiking, camping, or exploring new trails.
"I’ll happily try almost any sport I can get my hands on."
After a busy day, Tushar prefers to keep things simple. Spending time with his dog, Zoro, is one of his favourite ways to relax, along with unwinding on YouTube and watching anime.
He values simplicity not just in life, but also in work; unnecessary complexity is one of his biggest pet peeves.
Among his proudest achievements is his steady growth at Snipp, alongside personal milestones like completing his first 10K run. Now, he’s aiming higher to finish a half-marathon.
His journey hasn’t been without challenges. Moving to Canada meant adapting to a completely new culture and even harsher realities, like experiencing extreme cold for the first time, with temperatures dropping to -45°C. But through resilience and the support of welcoming people around him, he was able to build a life and career in a new environment.
The advice that guides Tushar is simple yet powerful:
