With years of experience in product leadership and an Executive MBA from Cornell under her belt, Deepthi brings both strategic thinking and executional clarity to everything she does. Internally, she’s known for her ability to organize ideas, simplify complexity, and move concepts to reality.

Beyond her role at Snipp, Deepthi has an entrepreneurial side; she’s involved in building a sustainable fashion brand focused on customized clothing, exploring how technology can intersect with traditional industries.
But perhaps less known is her love for performing. Whether it’s singing, dancing, or hosting events (including one with 350 guests!), she loves connecting with people.

At home, she unwinds in the simplest and most meaningful ways, spending evenings with her family watching TV together, a daily ritual she shares with her children, Ishaan and Trishika. Walks with her dog Nala, a very spoiled Shih Tzu–Bichon Frise mix, are another way she resets after a busy day.
"As a family, we also love to travel. Exploring new places, especially through food, is one of our favorite things to do. We’re all big foodies!"
One of Deepthi's proudest achievements isn’t just her professional life; it’s balancing a demanding career while raising her children and completing her MBA. That experience also taught her one of her biggest lessons: with the right priorities, time stretches further than you think.

Early in her career, she received advice to bring more structure to her work and communication. Sound advice that stuck and brought organized thinking and clarity that has helped immensely throughout her career.
If she could go back in time...
"I would tell my younger self to take more risks. Early in my life I tended to play it safe, and looking back there were opportunities where I could have been bolder. Sometimes the biggest growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone."
Deepthi lives by a simple belief: take more risks. Growth, she’s learned, often lies just outside your comfort zone.
Except when it comes to delays and tardiness, those, she has no patience for!
