Driving Retailer Specific Basket Size and Frequency for James Hardie

James Hardie wanted to increase basket size and frequency with contractors at The Home Depot, where they had recently expanded their Hardiebacker ® product line. The client also wanted to collect CRM and basket analysis information.

Using learnings from the first Snipp program, James Hardie sought to drive frequency by allowing end-users to qualify up to four times to get a $25 retailer gift card with the purchase of purchase of 8 HardieBacker ® Cement Boards. Contractors could submit receipts by texting the keyword HARDIEBACKER to 811-811, via email to redeem@HardieBackerRewards.com  or via the microsite.
