To remove a breakage point in its Family Rewards Program by removing manual entry of on-pack codes and improve efficiencies of the program, Kellogg’s is leveraging the Snipp receipt processing and image recognition platform.
Consumers can simply take a photo of their entire receipt or the on-pack code (instead of finding and entering in the code for each qualifying product) and can submit the picture on line at https://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com. SnippCheck will scan the receipt, identify all qualifying items and the consumer will have their points automatically credited into their loyalty account. Snipp is integrating its image-processing validation into the Kellogg’s rewards program.
Snipp has added an additional feature where consumers can mail in their receipts to a PO Box and Snipp will check, scan and upload the receipts to a custom interface.
