Entenmann’s had a few critical objectives they needed their next program to achieve for their Little Bites product:
- Increasing frequency and spend throughout the year
- Incentivizing consumers to increase their average products purchased per year
- Drive loyalty and acquisition for new members
- Build up their CRM database
Snipp worked with Entenmann’s to develop a custom continuity program which rewarded purchase across multiple transactions. If consumers buy 10 eligible products during the purchase period at any retailer, they earn a coupon for a free product on their next purchase. Snipp made registration easy via website, email, or text. To text-in the receipt, consumers could use the number 811-811 and use the shortcode LITTLEBITES; to email it, the address was firstname.lastname@example.org; and to upload it to a custom branded microsite, consumers simply accessed https://rewards.littlebites.com. Consumers also had the opportunity to register, thus providing Entenmann’s with valuable email assets for their CRM.
