Situation: Henkel wanted to incentivize consumers to purchase across their line of beauty products with a reward tied to summer. Previous years they could not track participation other than whether sales lifted, and could not see any spending behavior or other information that was valuable to them.
Solution: We helped Henkel to launch a large scale nationwide program whereby consumers spend $25 on their family of beauty care brands and will receive a $10 Shell gift card. Brands qualifying for the promotion are Dial, Tone, RightGuard, and DryIdea. Purchases can be made at any retailer over several transactions to qualify. Snipp charges for actual rewards redeemed, not anticipated and provides daily reports so that Henkel is better able to see responses and tie the program to a more detailed ROI.
